1What Jaci is#
Jaci is a personal wellness and symptom-tracking tool for the perimenopause and menopause transition. It helps you log symptoms, see patterns over time, and prepare clearer information to bring to a healthcare appointment.
2What Jaci is not#
Jaci is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. The wellness score, cycle estimates and insights are self-tracking aids based on what you log — they are not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
3Your responsibility#
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for any decisions you make based on it. Always consult a doctor or qualified professional for medical concerns, diagnosis, or treatment.
4Your data#
Your data is stored locally on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up your data if you want to preserve it beyond your current device.
5No warranty#
Jaci is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
6Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaci and its developer are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on information it shows you.
7Changes#
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected with a new date above.
